The list of customers whose plans of purchase have to estimate authorities of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation is accepted

The list which creation is provided by the Law N 223-FL had included 135 organizations.

If the customer is specified in the list, the executive authority of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation or the organization created by him will estimate the draft of the plan of purchase and the project of changes of the plan to their statement. An assessment subject is compliance to requirements of the legislation on participation in purchase of subjects of small and average business.
