The list includes laptops, printing paper, cars, as well as some types of services (for example, a computer repair). The document should be guided by the recipients of the federal budget.

Advance payments should not be provided if the delivery of the goods included in the list of more than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. This rule also applies to service contracts. The ban does not apply where the contract concluded by the Law N 44-FL, with small businesses or socially oriented non-profit organization.
