The register domestic ON is replenished

The advisory council according to the Russian software continues to consider applications for compliance to the rules approved by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1236.

The number of the applications for inclusion in the unified register which have arrived since the beginning of year to consideration Russian ON has exceeded one thousand. Are already included in the register of 500 software products from these applications. Software products are recognized Expert council on Russian FOR conforming requirements established by point 5 of Rules of formation and maintaining the unified register of the Russian programs for the electronic computers and databases approved by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 16, 2015 No. 1236. The document establishes a ban on the admission foreign ON in state procurements. Reports to the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation that the Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation N. Nikiforov has signed the order on inclusion in the register of 102 software products. From them 45 – correspond to the classes ON specified by applicants, and 57 – the classes ON determined by the responsible member of Advisory council. The list of these products is provided on the official site of department. Activities of Advisory council for carrying out examination of applications for inclusion of data on software products in the unified register Russian ON, and also creation of such register, are conducted within realization of standards of the Federal law of June 29, 2015 No. 188-FL.
