The Association "ROST" recognized the highly effective organization of procurement activities in Tatarstan
Within the framework of the Forum-exhibition "GOSZAKAZ", organized from May 15 to 17 in Moscow, the Association of Organizations and experts in the field of state, municipal and corporate procurement "ROST" awarded the Republic of Tatarstan with a diploma and a statuette of the absolute Leader of the Purchasing Efficiency Index of the regions of the Association «ROST».
The index of the Association "ROST" is aimed at creating a mechanism for "broadcasting" the position of regional authorized bodies to the legislator and regulator in the field of procurement, to provide real regulatory, methodological, advisory support for uniform and correct law enforcement in the field of procurement.
The rating is based on a comprehensive analysis of the quantitative and cost characteristics of competitive procedures, procurement with advantages for small businesses and other indicators. According to the results of all indicators, Tatarstan has become the absolute leader among the regions of Russia.
The award was received by Acting Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Iskander Bagautdinov, who noted: "Tatarstan's growth in the field of state, municipal and corporate procurement also reflects the professionalism of government bodies and their desire to improve legislation and procedures in this area. Such indicators have a positive impact on the economic development of the republic. Undoubtedly, this success is the result of the collective efforts of all participants in the procurement process. In the future, we intend to continue efforts to improve the public procurement system."
