The volume of large purchases in Tatarstan increased by 1.8 billion rubles
The RT State Procurement Committee summed up the results of monitoring purchases for the first quarter of 2026 in the amount of more than 50 million rubles. The total amount of posted messages amounted to 67.7 billion rubles, which is 1.77 billion more than in the same period of 2025. This was reported in the department at the weekly meeting.
As a result of competitive procedures, 111 contracts worth 32.9 billion rubles were signed. Another 50 contracts worth 15.3 billion rubles were signed with a single supplier, with a 6.4% increase in the number of such contracts.
The main achievement of the first quarter of 2026 was the complete absence of procedures that did not lead to the conclusion of contracts (in 2025, their amount amounted to 359.2 million rubles). This is the best indicator in three years and indicates the high level of organization of the procurement process.
Conflict has also stabilized. After an increase in the number of complaints in 2024 (12), the system returned to its minimum level — during the quarter, only three complaints were received against customers, of which only one was found to be justified. Compared to 2023, the number of substantiated complaints has decreased by 80%, which indicates a significant increase in the legal literacy of customers.
"The volume of posted messages shows a positive trend, and competitive procedures retain the status of the main tool for ensuring public needs," commented Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee.
