The Chairman of the RT State Committee on Procurement opened a refresher course on procurement at the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration
On February 05, 2024, the full-time module of the advanced training course under the program "Contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs 1.0" was launched at the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration of Kazan Federal University.
The program was opened by Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Ruslan Sabirov.
One of the principles of the Law on the Contract System is the principle of professionalism of customers, according to which customers and specialized organizations must take measures to maintain and improve the level of qualification and professional education of officials engaged in the field of procurement, including through advanced training or professional retraining in the field of procurement in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The availability of the necessary knowledge is the key to well-prepared procurement documents, which in turn is important for full-fledged public administration and meeting the needs of the population.
At the same time, it is important to choose an educational organization to improve the skills of specialists in the field of procurement, since the availability of sufficient knowledge and skills from the organization itself, as well as the availability of qualified teachers, including practical skills, affects the acquisition of high-quality knowledge. Today, such requirements are met by the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, which annually conducts educational events for both customers and suppliers.
