In the register of unfair suppliers (RUS) data on participants were made late. From 15 to 18 March 2016 Centre for the Development of the Republic of Tatarstan procurement with the support of the RT State Committee on Procurement will lead refresher courses leaders on "contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs" in the amount of 40 academic hours.

Irrespective of the reason for which the court has terminated the contract the information about the supplier, the contractor or the performer has to be included in the register of unfair suppliers (RUS). A conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development is based on provisions of the Law N 44-FL.
