The agreement is signed following the results of cancelled purchase - the notice doesn't need to be placed in EIS

The customer has the right not to place in the unified information system (UIS) the notice on purchase with the unique supplier if it is carried out by results of cancelled competitive purchase.

Conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development concerns a situation when it is provided in regulations on purchase: competitive purchase only one application is submitted for participation in which, is recognized cancelled, and the customer can sign the contract with the unique participant on the conditions established in documentation.

We will remind, under the Law N 223-FL the customer has the right not to place in data EIS only about purchase of goods, works, services which cost doesn't exceed 100 thousand rubles, and in some cases - 500 thousand rubles.
