Conditions of the contract on the number of goods can be changed repeatedly

The conclusion follows from the clarification of Economic Development. Office states: legislation does not set the number of times you can change the terms of the contract in the case where the quantity of goods (volume of works or services) is increased or reduced by no more than 10%.

The new contract price at the same time should not differ by more than 10% of the price, which was established as a result of the definition of the supplier (contractor, executor).
