The meeting of Public council in case of the State committee of RT on purchases took place

On September 15, 2016 the regular meeting of Public council in case of the State committee of RT on purchases took place.

Within the meeting violations of requirements of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" No. 44-FL are considered of 05.04.2013 from customers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In connection with the publication of the Federal law of July 3, 2016 No. 321-FL "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation concerning purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs and needs of separate types of legal entities" since 2017 state and municipal unitary enterprises will conduct the procurements according to No. 44-FL. With respect thereto, members of Public council considered the most sensitive issues of transition of the specified organizations to No. 44-FL, and offers on training of responsible persons of such organizations for new conditions of carrying out purchases are formulated.
