On March 9, 2017 the meeting of Public council first in the current year in case of the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases took place.
The Ministry of Economic Development has come to such conclusion. Earlier in other letters already it noted the ministry.
If in case of performance of the contract there was a need for the works or materials which aren't provided by it to the customer it is necessary to carry out separate purchase under the Law N 44-FZ. Such opinion expressed in "letter" of the Ministry of Economic Development. Department took a similar position also "earlier".
The government approved by the resolution Rules of forming and maintaining in catalog EIS in the sphere of the state order, and also Rule of its use. The majority of provisions of the resolution already came into force on February 10.
On March 9, 2017 to the address: Kazan, Peterburgskaya St., 86 will take place at 15:00 joint sitting of the Commission in case of the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases on anti-corruption and Commission on anti-corruption of the State unitary enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan "Center of development of purchases of the Republic of Tatarstan".

The legal entity can't participate in purchases on 223-FZ which are carried out only among subjects of small and medium business if the information about him is absent in the unified register of subjects of a small and average entrepreneurship. So considers the Ministry of Economic Development.
Such opinion in the letter was expressed by the Ministry of Economic Development. Besides, it noted: the customer has the right not to specify in documentation certain GOST at all. But in this case he shall prove need of application of other indicators.
