The amendments concern FSBU and regional SBU, which participate in the program of state guarantees of free medical care.
The government has set the following innovations for them:
- to supply disposable medical devices from PVC-plastics included in the list (hereinafter - goods from the list), only organizations from the special register will be able to supply them. It can be found on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and in the UIS;
- if the goods from the list are produced abroad, the customers will have to limit its admission to the purchase;
- The commission will consider all applications, including all the second parts of applications that will be submitted by the participants of the electronic auction;
- the initial maximum price will need to be calculated by a joint methodology of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This document has not yet been adopted;
- it will not be possible to procure goods from the list at the same time as those that did not enter it.
Under the new rules, if at least one application corresponds to the purchasing documentation, the customer will have to reject all the others. The "right" application should offer supply of goods from the list. It should be sent by the supplier, which is in the special register.
