Since January requirements to the banks giving guarantees for providing applications and government contracts change

By new rules customers will accept guarantees of the banks meeting the requirements of the government. The list of such banks will appear on the website of the Ministry of Finance.
Now under the Federal law "About Contract System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" from 4/5/2013 No. 44-FZ customers have to accept guarantees of those banks which are in the list provided by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
