"a" p. 1 h. 1 article 95 of the Law № 44-FZ provides for the possibility of reducing the contract price by agreement of the parties without changing the contract quantity of goods, volume of work or services, the quality of the delivered goods, work performed, services and other terms of the contract, if the possibility of changing the terms of the contract was provided for in the procurement documentation and the contract.
 

The Annex to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 № 719 "On the criteria for classifying industrial products as industrial products that have no analogues produced in the Russian Federation" (hereinafter – the Annex) was amended.
