Approved standard conditions for state contracts for design and survey work
Standard conditions for state contracts for design and (or) survey work will need to be used if the following conditions are met simultaneously:
the land plot on which the work is being carried out is located on the territory of the Russian Federation;
the object of purchase is the work assigned to the codes OKPD 2 71.12.12–71.1219.
The standard conditions will not be applied when performing works on the preservation of cultural heritage sites. There are no restrictions on the initial maximum contract price.
The order on approval of standard conditions comes into force on January 1, 2021.
We remind you that it is necessary to follow the standard conditions for purchases that begin 30 calendar days after placing the conditions in the Unified information system
