Information about the country of origin of the goods will need to be reflected in the register of state contracts in a new way

The government has approved a number of changes in the field of procurement. In particular, in accordance with the law, the rules for maintaining the register of contracts are given.

You will need to specify information about the country of origin of the product, regardless of whether the rules of the national regime apply. Information will also need to be reflected in cases where the product is delivered when performing the purchased work or providing the purchased services.

The amendments will enter into force on 1 April 2020 and will apply to purchases that have been notified (invitations sent) since 1 January 2020.
