The Ministry of industry and trade plans to update a number of standard contracts, taking into account the changes of the Law N 44-FZ
New projects are developed for standard contracts:
repair of electronic and optical equipment;
exhibition and fair activities services;
diagnostics, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles;
delivery of production of the radio-electronic and shipbuilding industry, aircraft, vehicles, the equipment for measurement, tests and navigation, paper, a cardboard, furniture for offices and the trade enterprises, the equipment electric lighting, the equipment industrial refrigerating and ventilating.
They took into account the may amendments to the Law N 44-FZ and the amended rules for determining fines.
Updated model contracts will be used to purchase the same position as that of relevant standard contracts: a list of the codes for ОКПД2 on the information remained unchanged.
The Ministry of industry and trade specified: the listed standard contracts will not need to be applied for purchases under the state defense order.
Public discussion of the projects will last until September 19.
