A draft procedure for determining the initial maximum contract price for the purchase of motor fuel has been developed

The draft defines how the initial and price of a contract with a single supplier will be calculated for the purchase of motor fuel, including automobile and aviation gasoline.

The order provides options for calculating the price for the supply of fuel from the refinery, from the tank farm and from the gas station. If no bid is submitted for participation in the procurement, the re-procurement will be carried out from the initial maximum contract price by 0.5% higher than the previous one.

The procedure will not apply to purchases initiated before its entry into force. Public discussion of the project will last until October 3.
