The customer held an auction for the current repair of buildings. The winner bid 22.57% less than the initial maximum contract price. During the work, the parties entered into an agreement to perform additional work and increased the price of the contract.

The bidder complained about the order of evaluation of applications in the documentation. For the analysis of the indicator "business reputation" the customer demanded to provide a copy of the certificate issued in accordance with GOST. Its validity was confirmed by the data of one of the two voluntary certification systems named in the documentation.

The customer announced a tender for the provision of services for the maintenance of automatic fire alarm, warning system and evacuation control in case of fire. UFAS recognized this violation, considering that it was necessary to conduct an auction.
 

FAS reminded about the features of the calculation of terms, which should be taken into account when sending information to the register of unscrupulous suppliers.
 

The winner of the purchase did not sign the contract on time and did not provide security for the performance of the contract. He explained this by the fact that the letter about the need to sign the contract got into the "Spam" folder in the email. The FAS management did not consider this argument valid and included the organization in the register of unfair suppliers.

The Ministry of industry and trade has prepared a draft according to which customers under the Laws N 44-FZ and N 223-FZ in the procurement of radio electronics will have to send more information to the registers of contracts and contracts.

The Ministry of industry and trade has prepared amendments to the Resolution on the priority of goods of Russian origin. If the amendments are adopted, customers under the Law N 223-FZ will not be able to purchase foreign storage devices. Preferences for such a purchase will not apply.

The government has adjusted the procedure for sending information to the register of contracts. Among other things, the list of information that should be included in it has changed.
