From September 8, it is necessary to set an increased advance for public procurement of a number of industrial products this year
The government adopted a decree with a list of industrial products, when purchasing which, customers must establish in contracts an advance payment of at least 80% of the contract amount, but not more than LPO.
Among other things, this list includes goods that have the following OKPD2 codes:
- 25.73.30 - other hand tools;
- 27.90.31.110 - electrical machines and equipment for soft and hard soldering and welding;
- 28.41.2 - lathes, boring and milling metal-cutting machines.
Such advance payment is established if:
- the purchase is carried out for state and municipal needs, as well as for the needs of the country's defense and state security;
- a ban on admission was established with respect to the purchased goods;
- the contract was signed in 2020.
