Changed features descriptions of some medications, according to the Law N 44-FZ

Changes in features of the description of medicinal products for medical use in public procurement, approved by Decree of the RF Government dated 15.11.2017 N 1380. The changes are effective from September 8 and do not apply to purchases that are announced before that date.

Among other things, we determined that when describing drugs in the purchase documentation, customers should use data from the list of interchangeable drugs. You can find it on the website of the Ministry of health.

The innovation does not apply to drugs from the list of medicines that are purchased in accordance with their trade names. This list must be approved by the government.
