The control body punished the state customer for ambiguous requirements for the goods
The customer established the following requirements for the product in the documentation: square shape, width - not less than 1100 mm, height - not more than 1500 mm. The participant offered a product with the following parameters: square shape, width —1100 mm, height —1500 mm. The commission rejected the bid of the participant due to its non-compliance with the requirements of the documentation, since in fact he offered a rectangular product.
The control body supported the decision of the commission, but considered that the documentation was drawn up in violation. The customer's requirements allow us to propose in the application values that formally correspond to the documentation, but at the same time do not meet its requirements. The customer had to cancel the auction results and re-purchase.
