The Ministry of Finance has adjusted the conditions for the admission of foreign goods to public procurement
The department has adopted an order that changes the conditions for the admission of foreign goods. The amendments will enter into force gradually.
From September 11, 2020, an updated list of foreign goods subject to admission conditions will be in effect. Some of the items will be removed from it, for example, other detergents.
From October 1, 2020, 2 lists will apply.
The current list of products (list No. 1) will be adjusted. In particular, it will be supplemented with a number of manufactured goods for which admission restrictions have been established. These include, for example, some stationery, goods for children. For products from list No. 1, the preference for the contract price will still be 15%.
Another list (List No. 2) will include goods that are purchased within the framework of national projects, including certain types of freight transport, special purpose vehicles. For them, the price preference will be 20%. It will not be possible to combine goods from list No. 2 and goods not included in it in one purchase.
