The Ministry of communications has prepared a draft order on approval of standard terms of contracts for the implementation of works on creation and (or) development (modernization).

The participant offered a product with the following parameters: square shape, width —1100 mm, height —1500 mm. The commission rejected the bid of the participant due to its non-compliance with the requirements of the documentation, since in fact he offered a rectangular product.
