There may be more foreign medical devices that are subject to restrictions on access to public procurement

The Ministry of industry and trade has prepared amendments to the list of medical products that are subject to restrictions and conditions for admission of foreign goods .

 The Agency proposes to correct the position already existing in the list N 1 with the code OKPD 2 32.50.22.190 and extend its action to " A means of replacing synovial fluid".

If the amendments are approved , then when purchasing this medical product, you will need to take into account the restrictions provided for the list N 1.

Public discussion of the project will last until March 20, 2020.
