The EIS contains standard conditions for state contracts for construction work
On March 10, the standard terms of contracts appeared in the EIS:
for the construction (reconstruction) of a capital construction facility;
for design and (or) survey work.
You will need to apply the standard terms of the contract for the construction (reconstruction) of a capital construction object if the object of purchase relates, in particular, to the OKPD2 41.2 code. For a complete list, see the information map. There are also situations where the standard conditions will not be used. There are no restrictions on the NMC.
The conditions will need to be applied from April 10, 2020.
Standard terms of contracts for design and (or) survey work will be required from January 1, 2021, while meeting the following requirements:
the land plot where the work is being carried out is located on the territory of the Russian Federation;
the object of purchase is work related to the OKPD2 codes 71.12.12 – 71.12.19.
You do not need to apply standard conditions when working on the preservation of cultural heritage objects. There are no restrictions on the NMC.
