The government has approved a new procedure for checking the compliance of documents with the approved financial security. It now corresponds to the control rules for parts 5 and 5.1 of article 99 of the Law N 44-FZ, which came into force on April 1, 2020.

The winner of the public procurement (IE) did not sign the contract and did not provide collateral on time. The customer recognized him as a deviant.

A bidder with additional requirements complained that the winner was incorrectly determined. He claimed that the winner did not submit the documents necessary to confirm the experience.

The standard contract appeared in the system on August 5, 2020. It will need to be applied from September 5, 2020.

The changes are aimed at bringing the procedure for forming the purchase identification code (PID) in compliance with the law.

-provision of services for diagnostics, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles;

- supply of products of the radio-electronic industry, motor vehicles, electronic lighting and industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as some office accessories, furniture for offices and trade enterprises.
