A number of updated standard state contracts were placed in the EIS
There are 3 updated forms of standard contracts in the system:
-for rendering services of exhibition and fair activities;
-provision of services for diagnostics, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles;
- supply of products of the radio-electronic industry, motor vehicles, electronic lighting and industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as some office accessories, furniture for offices and trade enterprises.
State customers will be obliged to apply them from August 28.
We remind you that the documents regulating these legal relations have become invalid.
In particular, the contract form for the supply of radio-electronic industry products, motor vehicles, electronic lighting and industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as some office accessories, furniture for offices and trade enterprises was brought into compliance with the current legislation on the contract system.
So, in the section on liability of the parties, the norm on calculating penalties for delay from the cost of the contract stage was taken into account. We also adjusted the list of purchasing object codes for OKPD2. Now you will need to use it, for example, when purchasing using the following codes:
26.2 (except 26.20.9) - computers and peripherals;
26.4 (except 26.40.9) - household electrical engineering;
26.6 (except 26.60.9) - medical equipment;
27.9 (except 27.90.9) - other electrical equipment.
A detailed list of codes can be found in the information card (Appendix N 6 to the order) of the standard contract. There are also codes for the subject of the contract for KTRU.
There are still no restrictions on the NMC.
