The Ministry of Industry and Trade proposed to change the list of medical products N 2.
In most positions, the codes for OKPD2, codes for types of medical products and their classification features have changed.
Thus, the group of consumables for ventilators included consumables for anesthesia and respiratory devices. It has new codes for OKPD2, for example, 32.50.13.150, 32.50.21.121. Codes for types of medical products have become less, for example, 110230 was excluded. For each medical product, classification signs are painted.

Deputies in the third reading adopted a draft law on increasing the mandatory share of purchases from the NSR and SONKO. From January 1, it will be at least 25% of the total annual volume of purchases instead of 15%, as it is now.
 
From the same date, the payment terms for contracts will be reduced. If the purchase is announced from January 1 to December 31, 2022, inclusive, the deadline will be:

The number of competitive procedures will be reduced to 3: competition, auction, request for quotations (p. 18-19 of the draft). Customers will be able to carry out the latter if the NMCC does not exceed 3 million rubles. The annual volume of purchases in this way should be no more than 20% of the CDF, instead of 50%, as previously proposed. For customers who had less than 500 million rubles last year, the volume of purchases in this way will be 100 million rubles.

According to Law No. 44-FZ, customers have the right to change the term and / or price of a long-term construction contract in the event of unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible to fulfill it. To do this, you must meet a number of conditions.
