Clarified the requirement for the credit rating of guarantor banks in public procurement

Since the beginning of the year, banks that have the right to issue independent guarantees have been required only to have a credit rating.
The government has fixed the indicators of such a rating as of February 1 of this year. They will not change until July 1.
The innovations came into force on March 25.
