The government approved the regulation on the register of suppliers of medicines and medical products in public procurement
Suppliers of medicines and medical products can get into the register if the only manufacturer is from a country that has not imposed economic sanctions against the Russian Federation. Recall that recently it was allowed to purchase such goods from a single supplier on a special basis.
To register, you need to contact the Ministry of Industry and Trade and provide a number of information, in particular:
a conclusion on the absence of analogues in the Russian Federation (the Ministry of Health — in relation to medicines, Roszdravnadzor — in relation to medical products);
accounting data for the last reporting period;
information of the organization that it is not undergoing liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings;
a statement of readiness to supply medicines or medical products, as well as a letter of guarantee from the manufacturer (if the statement is not from him).
The supplier may be refused registration or excluded from the register, for example, for the following reasons:
non-compliance with the requirements, including in connection with the registration of a domestic analogue;
the manufacturer's refusal to make deliveries through a single supplier.
The regulation is valid until August 1, 2022.
