State contracts for medicines and medical products are no longer taken into account when calculating the volume of purchases from SMP and SONKO

In 2022 and 2023, in order to determine the volume of purchases from SMP and SONKO, customers exclude contracts for the purchase of medicines and medical products from the state budget.
The changes relate to the procurement of federal and regional executive authorities, subordinate institutions or unitary enterprises, as well as municipal medical organizations.
The innovations came into force on March 26.
