During the meeting, the key procurement indicators that were achieved in the Republic of Tatarstan by the end of 2021 were presented, as well as information on the prospects for the development of the procurement sector of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Information is provided on the activities of JSC "Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan", the results of the work, including the ongoing work on the formation of a personnel reserve of specialists in the field of procurement.
There was also a discussion of topical issues of the application of current legislation in the field of procurement. In particular, they discussed: the possibility of self-employed participation in procurement, cataloging of goods (works, services), the use of exchange instruments in procurement under Law No. 44-FZ.
According to the results of the meeting, Maxim Anatolyevich Topilin noted that the Republic of Tatarstan is always an advanced region in many industries, in connection with which he proposed to work together to develop and improve the procurement system, including in terms of business support.
