The customer purchased works with project documentation. It indicated the goods of a specific manufacturer, but the ability to supply their equivalent in the purchase was not established.

The participant complained that the evaluation protocol did not reflect the calculation grounds and information about the contracts of each of the participants.

The customer made 4 requests for quotations with the same subject of purchase, but different periods of service provision. One company became the contractor for all contracts. At the request of other market participants, the FAS established collusion, this decision was challenged.

The decree was signed by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation. 
Loans under the new program will be issued for three years — from 2022 to 2025.

Since July 1, a number of mandatory requirements for a security guarantee for electronic competitive procurement from MSPs have been in effect under Law No. 223-FZ. For example, the customer will accept it from the same guarantors as under Law No. 44-FZ.

The bidder's application for catering was rejected for non-compliance with the additional requirements: the price of the confirming contract was less than 20% of the NMCC.
The participant considered it illegal, since he submitted 2 contracts, which in total exceeded the established minimum.
