Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will be able to receive preferential loans at the rate of 4.5% and 3% per annum.
The decree was signed by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation.
Loans under the new program will be issued for three years — from 2022 to 2025.
The loan can be taken out for a maximum of 10 years.
First of all, small and medium-sized enterprises working in the field of agricultural processing, logistics and hotel business will receive preferential loans. This year alone, loans worth 50 billion rubles will be issued under the new program. The new lending program is the result of combining two already existing programs: preferential lending within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium—sized Enterprises" and stimulating lending to small and medium-sized enterprises by the Bank of Russia and the SME Corporation.
