In the requirements to the terms of energy service contracts, among other things, they fixed:
the possibility to include in the list of energy-efficient measures those aimed at automating the processes of assembling and processing information, including on the parameters of the quality of energy resources;
the right of the parties under the agreement to clarify the list of energy-efficient measures. The innovation can be applied if, when fulfilling obligations, the counterparty reveals the incompleteness and (or) unreliability of information about the customer's object, which affect the composition, parameters and technical characteristics of energy-efficient measures;
the requirement that there is a procedure in the contract for the acceptance of completed activities from the list.
The specifics of determining the initial (maximum) contract price were also clarified. So, when calculating the price of a contract with a term of one year or less, the price (tariff) is taken for the cost of a unit of energy resource, which actually formed on the date of the customer's payment for the energy resource, preceding the date of the announcement of the purchase. Previously, the tariffs that were in effect at the time of its announcement were used in the calculations.
