How can I place information about the payment of an advance in the unified information system in the field of procurement, if the stages are highlighted in the contract?

According to experts of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, if the contract provides for its phased execution and payment of an advance, then the amount of the advance in respect of each stage of the contract execution is indicated in the register of contracts in the form of a percentage of the price of the corresponding stage. In this case, a payment document confirming the payment of the advance by the customer is included in the specified register. At the same time, it is allowed to provide one payment document confirming the payment of the advance payment for all stages of the contract.
