On the eve of the New Year and Christmas holidays, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation sent an information letter with a reminder of the existence of a statutory prohibition to give and receive gifts.
The law came into effect, according to which budget institutions, setting a condition for advance payment in the contract (contract), must comply with legal acts for budget recipients. A similar requirement is provided for autonomous institutions.
Some closed tenders and auctions are proposed to be held on specialized electronic platforms.

The Ministry of Health quoted the values of weighted average prices for disposable plastic items, which are included in the government list. These prices are indicated taking into account the inflation factor and without it. It should be noted that the inflation rate used by the Office managed to change: it decreased from 3.8 to 3.2%. Therefore, in order to calculate the initial (maximum) price of contracts, prices from the fifth column of the table contained in the letter should be used.
