Since December 7, customers under Act No. 223 federal law can temporarily enter into the register of contracts less information

According to the government's decision, from this date until July 1, 2018, it is not necessary to send to the specified register:

- information about the supplier, contractor, executor;

- information on subcontractors and contracts with them.

If the contract is concluded on one of the days from 4 to 6 December, we recommend that you submit this data. In such a case, the time limit for entering information will expire at a time when temporary exceptions will be in effect. However, there are no transitional provisions in the resolution, and if not to send all the information, the customer or his official may be fined.
