There will be more customers who must conduct purchases for №223 Federal Law from small and medium-sized businesses

From January 1, these purchases will also be required to carry out customers under № 223 Federal Law, if:

- the annual volume of their revenues exceeds 500 million rubles;

- the value of their assets is more than 500 million rubles. (for credit institutions).

The requirement will not be applied if such a customer is a subject of small and medium business.

From the same date, this obligation will also appear in autonomous institutions, if, following the results of purchases, they concluded contracts in the previous calendar year for a total amount of more than 250 million rubles.

Recall, the annual volume of purchases from small and medium-sized businesses should be at least 18% of the total annual value of contracts.
