On December 1, 2022, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan held a free seminar "Formula for Participation in Public Procurement 2.0", which was attended by suppliers of goods, works, services, including small and medium-sized businesses, socially oriented non-profit organizations and organizations of disabled people.
On December 1, 2022, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with a delegation from the Republic of Tyva headed by Acting First Deputy Minister of the Republic of Tyva for regulation of the contract system in the field of procurement Saryg-ool Mergen Yurievich.

The parties entered into a contract for the supply of cheese. During its execution, the manufacturer said that the goods had risen in price due to sanctions. The supplier sent the customer a quotation with an increased cost for certain items and asked to increase the price.
The customer purchased maintenance works and established additional requirements. The participant's application was rejected, since the submitted contract with acts of work performed had the status of "execution" in the Unified Information System. According to additional requirements, experience will confirm only the executed contract.
From December 1, foreign agents will not be able to participate in public procurement and procurement of certain types of legal entities.
In 2023, under a special rule, they want to allow the parties to agree to change the terms of the contract for federal needs on advance payments.
The Ministry of Digital Development proposed to reject the rest of the applications if at least one has a program that simultaneously (subparagraph "c" of paragraph 1 of the draft amendments):
- responds to the notice;
- meets the additional requirements for programs for an electronic computer and databases, information about which is in the unified register of Russian Software.
