They want to clarify the procedure for adjusting state contracts for the repair of federal highways

Thus, it is planned to extend the procedure for changing contracts for the repair and (or) maintenance of federal public roads for 2023 (subparagraph "a" of paragraph 1 of the project).

The Federal Road Agency or the Federal State Institution subordinate to it, in agreement with the counterparty, subject to a number of conditions, will be able to amend contracts concluded before January 1, 2023, if they cannot be executed due to unforeseen situations (subparagraph "b" of paragraph 1 of the project).

Public discussion of the project will end on December 12.
