The customer held an auction for the purchase of medical products under the Law N 44-FZ. The participant in the application agreed to deliver the product on the terms of documentation and specified information about the product. He also provided a photocopy of the registration certificate for medical devices.

The Ministry of Finance has prepared a draft of changes that relate to purchases only from MSPS (self-employed), as well as purchases with mandatory involvement of subcontractors from among them. For the project, it will be easier for participants to confirm their status, and the contract will be concluded faster after such purchases.

The participant offered a product with the following parameters: square shape, width —1100 mm, height —1500 mm. The commission rejected the bid of the participant due to its non-compliance with the requirements of the documentation, since in fact he offered a rectangular product.

On August 19, a panel discussion was held on the topic: "Public procurement system" with the participation of Anna Teymurazovna Katamadze, Deputy head of the Russian Treasury.
Deputy Chairman of the state procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Bagautdinov Iskander Gimadievich and General Director of the Agency for state order of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC Geller Yakov Veniaminovich also participated in the discussion as speakers.

The department has adopted an order that changes the conditions for the admission of foreign goods. The amendments will enter into force gradually.

The parties signed a contract for the provision of transport services. They were provided at the request of the customer. The obligations were partially fulfilled, the contract was terminated by agreement of the parties. There were no complaints, as indicated in the supplementary agreement.
