The RT State Committee for Procurement has published a new video tutorial on the procedure for sending notifications about the absence of goods in the Register of Russian Industrial Products (RPE) in accordance with the updated algorithm. The video was prepared as part of the methodological support of the customers and is available for viewing at the link.
In the video tutorial, AI buyer Dina will step-by-step analyze the search for analogues in the GIS catalog, filling out specifications, attaching a machine-readable power of attorney (MCHD) and signing a notification. The procedure is mandatory for customers under 44-FZ when purchasing goods from the list (items 1-433 of Appendix No. 2 to RF PP No. 1875).
