The results of the auction for technical support of GIS EAIS in Tatarstan
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of an electronic auction for the provision of technical support services for GIS "Unified Archival Information System of the Republic of Tatarstan" and IT infrastructure. The system, created within the framework of the state program "Development of archival affairs in the Republic of Tatarstan", automates work with documents and ensures prompt access of citizens to archival information. The customer is the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Archival Affairs.
Following the results of the electronic auction, a government contract was signed with a small business entity from Innopolis (RITS LLC). Two applications were submitted for participation in the electronic auction, both of which were found to meet the requirements.
The initial (maximum) contract price was 5.5 million rubles, according to the results of competitive procedures, the price was reduced to 4,812,500 rubles. Budget savings exceeded 687 thousand rubles.
"Holding an auction in a competitive environment allowed not only to identify a reliable contractor, but also to achieve budget savings," the RT State Procurement Committee noted.
