Tatarstan will allocate 7.4 million rubles for the maintenance of the public notification system
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan announced the holding of an electronic auction for the operational and technical maintenance of the warning system for the population of Tatarstan in the amount of 7.4 million rubles.
The services will be provided to the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of Tatarstan, as well as to the executive committees of municipal districts. As part of the purchase, it is planned to service 65 facilities of the Municipal Automated System of Centralized Public Notification (MASCO) and 220 facilities of the Regional Automated System of Centralized Public Notification (RASCO).
Depending on the type of equipment, the contractor will have to carry out a range of maintenance work, restore the operability and resource of the technical means of notification quarterly or once a year.
"An effective public notification system is an essential element of the security and protection system for our citizens," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the Tatarstan State Procurement Committee. — Tatarstan has always paid special attention to ensuring the reliability of critical systems, and this purchase is part of this strategy. We ensure not only the centralization and transparency of procurement processes, but also the efficient use of budget funds."
According to the terms of the contract, in case of malfunction detection, the contractor will have to start emergency repairs within 24 hours and complete troubleshooting within three days, which guarantees prompt restoration of the alert system in case of any technical failures.
