Marat Ziatdinov: "Zonal seminars are an important link in the development of Tatarstan's procurement system"
The final zonal seminars on topical issues of public procurement in 2025 have been successfully completed in Nizhnekamsk at the Baza Center for Creative Industries. The events, organized by the RT State Procurement Committee in cooperation with the RT Procurement Development Center, brought together about 400 participants from five municipal districts of the republic. The opening ceremony was attended by Radmir Belyaev, Head of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District, Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, Yakov Geller, Director General of the Agency for State Procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Niyaz Gazeev, Director General of the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan. "Today, the Tatarstan State Procurement Committee is the arbiter of all public procurement in the republic. Our common success depends on the knowledge and competencies that the participants of the seminars will receive today," Radmir Belyaev said in his welcoming speech. The seminar was attended by representatives of executive committees, state and municipal institutions, as well as business representatives from Aktanyshsky, Yelabuga, Menzelinsky, Muslyumovsky and Nizhnekamsk districts. "Zonal seminars are an important link in the development of Tatarstan's procurement system. In two years, they have become an integral part of the republic's competence development system in the field of government procurement. We have covered all municipal districts, built a direct dialogue between customers and suppliers, creating a platform for lively discussion of topical issues," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Committee. Participants of the educational tracks received up-to-date information about the latest changes in legislation and law enforcement practice, got acquainted with the work of the exchange platform, analyzed typical mistakes of customers and explored the possibilities of a digital contract. Special attention was paid to measures to support entrepreneurship. Yakov Geller, General Director of the Agency for State Procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented the resources of the republican marketing center, and representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ekaterina Konycheva and Stanislav Korolev spoke about the current republican measures to support entrepreneurs. Earlier, zonal seminars were held in Sabinsky, Buinsky, Chistopolsky, Almetyevsky municipal districts and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
