The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has posted information in a unified information system on an advertising campaign to promote the republic's tourism opportunities. It will be organized in two cities — Moscow and St. Petersburg. The customer for the purchase is the State Committee of Tatarstan for Tourism.

It is planned to promote tourist opportunities with the help of at least 13 double-decker City Sightseeing buses, which take tourists for a ride. 5 of them are in Moscow, 8 in St. Petersburg. They will be pasted with advertising materials from the outside over the entire rear surface of the body. The total area of such a design of one bus will be at least 8.6 square meters.

They plan to advertise the opportunities that Tatarstan has for tourists for at least two months. Each of the glued buses must run around Moscow and St. Petersburg daily.

Promotional materials will be made on the basis of the tourist brandbook of Tatarstan. The contractor must provide the brandbook and design layouts of advertising materials within 5 working days after signing the contract. In case of inconsistency of the color palette, the State Committee of the Republic of Tourism reserves the right not to accept the services.

The contractor must prove the fact of covering buses with advertising materials by photo reports, providing at least 3 photos depicting the posted materials for each bus. The campaign to promote Tatarstan's tourism opportunities is confirmed by a separate photo report — at least 4 photos for each pasted bus showing the transportation of passengers along routes taken at different times during the period of the advertising campaign.

It is planned to spend more than 10.5 million rubles on advertising Tatarstan's tourism opportunities. Applications from organizations to participate in the electronic auction are accepted until October 11.
