The V Baltic Interregional Conference "An Expert view of 44-FZ: Challenges, Risks, Opportunities" is taking place in Kaliningrad from April 28 to 30. The conference brought together representatives of federal authorities, regional authorized bodies in the field of procurement, as well as industry experts from all over Russia.
The event is attended by Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Ziatdinov and Director General of JSC "Procurement Development Center" Niyaz Gazeev.
The key topics for discussion are the development of the contract system in the face of sanctions, the best regional practices of digitalization and centralization of procurement activities, as well as topical issues of law enforcement practice in the implementation of Law No. 44—FZ.
"Participation in such conferences is an important opportunity to discuss complex law enforcement issues with colleagues from other regions, develop common approaches and present our best practices. We are always open to dialogue and are ready to share our experience, as well as adopt best practices to further improve Tatarstan's procurement system," said Marat Ziatdinov.
