Tatarstan will present a large-scale stand at the tourism forum in Moscow
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an electronic auction for the provision of services for organizing the participation of the Republic of Tatarstan in the international tourism forum "Travel!". The event will be held at VDNKH from June 10 to June 14, 2026. The initial (maximum) contract price is 13.79 million rubles. The customer is the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Tourism.
The contractor will not only have to rent an exhibition space (at least 166 square meters), but also fully build a stand, develop its decoration, provide furniture, office equipment, fire-fighting equipment, as well as organize hot meals, coffee breaks and tastings for visitors.
A special feature of the stand will be six volumetric tulips with a height of more than two meters and a model of the Spasskaya Tower weighing 80 kg, which will be delivered from Kazan. A special podium will be made for the demonstration of the videos, and a separate Buffet structure for the tastings.
After the forum, all the exhibition structures will be dismantled and removed, and the model of the Spasskaya Tower will return to Kazan.
Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until May 7.
